We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
Security
When you choose to buy your goods from us online, all transactions are processed in a secure environment. When you connect to the credit card processing, you enter our secure shopping area, where information is encrypted using a 1024 bit SSL key. This prevents any information you enter from being read by anyone other than us.
When in our checkout area, you will see a padlock indicating secure space in the bottom right hand corner of your browser.
Returns and Exchange
Custom Matched Paint Products
Please note that all colour matched paint is non returnable. To ensure the correct colour is purchased , your paint code must be verified. There are no returns or refunds for wrong paint unless we have made the error.
Test Patch
You are responsible for ensuring a colour match before applying to your vehicles. Reasons for paint not matching may include faded paint due to weather conditions, vehicle has been previously repainted or wrong code was supplied.
If you wish to return a product, simply e-mail us with your order # (if you don't have your order #, simply provide us with your name, postcode and method of payment) and we will issue you a return authorisation code (NO items will be accepted for return without an authorisation code) as well as an address as to where to send the product (NOTE: Items that are heavily damaged by misuse or lack of proper care, or otherwise deemed as defective due to customer abuse or neglect, will not be accepted for return and will not be credited).
All defective goods will be inspected and returned to relevant manufacturer prior to replacement or credit. We do not compensate for return shipping. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from us.
